It may come across personal but look at the person who is giving the feedback, their position in the organisation and sadly also consider their agenda. That said reflect upon it with your own role and remit to see if the feedback is something you can act upon and if so how and when. If it appears more like a character assassination then certainly seek the view and perspective of another senior manager to help understand better how to perform your role in an improved way.
