Continuous improvement should go hand-in-hand with worker participation. Too many changes are made at office level without considering the impact it will have on-site or on the floor. Your source of what works, and what doesn't is always available to you as an employer by simply evolving the workers in your decision making. There must be Consultation and participation with interested parties including employees at Training needs Analysis stage to determine which Safety Training will help them manage risk in their jobs based on the constraints they face in the field.
