There are seminars/webinars that provide guidance with communication styles that cover things such as voice inflection, hand gestures, wording, etc. LinkedIn has a few that I found to be very informative. I believe, however, that if you are uncomfortable with changing your communication style all at once, you won't come off as sincere. Try a few things at a time.
