How can you find job coaching networks and communities?

When you find a candidate coach and have a first session - as a part of stating your goals and needs via coaching, you need to interview that coach; for ex: > have you coached people in my industry? > have you enabled your clients to make a similar step up / pivot (etc) in their career? > what makes you (coach) believe you can help me hit this target? Ask for examples to elaborate on their response to each question. Listen carefully to how they respond - is it confident, logical, do they allude to a style that resonates with you?

I am a coach in the funeral and deathcare profession where I had a business for over 40 years. Now that I have transitioned into coaching, I find a few things help my clients find guidance and develop through coaching and networking. -Attend and speak at events so I can network with people who may be interested in coaching. -Build my personal brand so people can find me through networks like LinkedIn. -Create programs made for the individual clients are specialized for them to benefit the most. There is so many possibilities to finding coaching networks and communities that can be specific to your preference, to mention a few : Use online job platforms Explore social media here you will look for relevant hashtags and groups on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter (just as an example). Join industry-specific organizations offering coaching services. Attend workshops and seminars related to career development. Attend networking events as you may meet amazing people that can guide you or coaches specific to what Perhaps even consider job training programs as some training programs often provide coaching and support services. The aim would be to try and active in these communities to maximize the benefits of networking and coaching.

Explore Online Platforms and Forums: Engage in discussions, share your experiences, and connect with like-minded individuals and experienced professionals. Leverage Professional Networking Sites: Join professional networking sites like LinkedIn, Xing, and Facebook Groups related to your field, career goals, or interests. Attend Industry Events and Conferences: Participate in industry events, conferences, and workshops to expand your network and discover job coaching opportunities. Utilize Career Services and Alumni Networks: connect with your alumni network to inquire about any job coaching services or communities specifically tailored to former graduates.

You'd have to Niche down what you are; Career, Business, Wellness mentor, etc, leverage on the power of the Internet and Social media, scout for pages, groups, forums, professionals in your field and go follow them. Consider creating your own online presence to discuss your personal brand and career journey. "You're only as good as the company you keep" , For networking and knowledge, look into Professional Associations. Participate in workshops, job fairs, and networking events to meet career coaches and broaden your professional network. My personal motto; "Learning never stops", To stand out, take courses to improve your talents. Be Unique: Embrace your individuality to inspire and guide others effectively.

Attending relevant events where sharing knowledge is paramount to the group will allow greater insights and an understanding of the types of events that will be right for you. Meeting peers who are keen to assist will enhance your own understanding on finding the ‘right group’ for you. Search online for industry leaders offering relevant events and workshops, engage in the community to further your path.

The key is to invest in yourself, you are worth it. Some organizations may offer reimbursements but my personal development was all done on my time, my dollar and zero regrets. Moving to a new state meant re-establishing connections, building a new network and I started by researching conferences and professional groups in my state/geographic area. If there was a speaker that I connected with, I would reach out on LinkedIn. I have had a few instances where someone offered a 30 minute chat and I walked away with a bunch of resources to help support my quest to learn. Join associations, attend seminars, step into what feels uncomfortable and this is where you will see the magic happen.

Identifying and attending the correct event and workshop will save our time for the growth. Networking with exact People matters!

If your Why is strong enough, the How and What will fall in place just right! Be honest with yourself and with others, be genuine, and care for people! This will make people around you to spread the word. Make a plan, establish steps to "go public" and own your thoughts and opinions. Your existing contacts will notice you. You could start by sharing posts that you enjoy and easily add your thoughts. Soon you'll create posts and take on different topics. Create a life you'll be able to live, not a brand you'll be forced to sustain!

Job/Career Coaching has proven to be a tremendous value if done correctly and with the proper motivation behind it. A coach that is truly invested in their clients and not after the money becomes very apparent in how they interact with their clients. My advice is to take your time to really understand what it is you want out of coaching and where your true passion lies. At that point, once you've truly looked in the mirror and honestly answered those questions for yourself, you can begin the process of building your network and finding your "people". That authenticity shines through when you've taken the time to look inward and know yourself and what you want to bring to the community.

In this task it is important to lose the fear or shame of asking, post your question, put it out there and you will be surprised how people can help you (even strangers), and if you didn't get the answers you expected, take it as an opportunity to start something on your own, all the results will be good and will provide a new path for you.

Be proactive. If you are also looking for a job and connect with someone else in the same situation, consider creating a WhatsApp group, Facebook group, LinkedIn group, etc. Establishing a community that becomes self-sustainable will ultimately create opportunities for you to leverage to your advantage.

Creating our own network matters for our strength so it will tell how we have grown in the society and gaps to be filled to achieve the rest!

This is doable if you can manage community and know how to lead conversation about what you want to learn. Make it easier for people to self identify with your goal as the join your community.

A person can search online directories like the International Coach Federation (ICF) directory or the International Association of Coaching (IAC) directory to find job coaching networks and communities, or join online forums and discussion boards related to the industry or profession to connect with job coaches and other professionals. Attending webinars and workshops related to job coaching and career development to meet other coaches and professionals is also another way to connect.

Creating your own networking community is indeed a rewarding endeavor, but it does require time, energy, and persistence. Actively putting yourself in various situations and communicating with people is a fantastic approach. 1. By actively engaging in different situations and conditions, you can broaden your network and gain exposure to a wide range of individuals. 2. Building relationships and gathering information from people in various fields can enable you to connect them and find common ground, ultimately strengthening your networking capabilities. 3.Building your own networking community may not happen overnight, but with dedication and consistent effort, it can become a powerful tool for personal and professional growth.
