For SW build projects, sharing impediments & solutions help a lot This may apply to procedures documentation. It is good when needed solution is already described on project documentation (w/ detailed procedure for a same/similar problem). This is common in trouble ticket-type apps where tasks are logged along with updates on all efforts to get it completed. If you will, perhaps we could call this "task-driven-data-capture" (TDDC) if there is such a thing. Then perhaps depending on the resulting complexity of the required documentation there may be a need to treat "doc-as-code" while extracting from TDDC mentioned previously https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7066397999991558145?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop

To make a better collaboration and documentation, I prefer for 3 points to share as: A. Centralize Documentation: Set up a central, secure online repository for all project documents. This simplifies access for your team and stakeholders, ensuring that everyone can find what they need quickly. B. Regular Updates and Notifications: Use virtual meeting tools to promptly notify your team about document revisions, updates, or requests for input. C. Archiving and Backup: Always maintain a backup of your documents. It's not just about having a record for audits; it's also about learning from past projects.
