When you implement the "psychology of the client" method, you get to know the client more and know their learning style to tailor training to fit their style. I notice in consulting we estimate training at the beginning of the implementation and honestly it should wait until you really know your client. What if they need more hands on training and you don't estimate enough hours for that?

User adoption is an OCM (organization change management) issue. Implementing the best tools with best practices and all the features in the world doesn't mean you will gain the benefits of your new technology. For success, a robust change plan is required. Individuals will want to know how their jobs are changing (ie, if we implement AP automations that automatically create invoices in the ERP, what will the AP clerk who used to manually enter those be doing now?). They'll want to know how to do their tasks (training/training materials). If you don't focus on the people aspect, your organization will struggle to obtain the value expected from an IT project.

Considering the Users mindset is a key factor. A good example of mine is the changing of entrance exams to especially #JAMB runs on CBT. A lot was put in place by the exams body but, for some candidates after every training, practice and practices, many candidates yes never utilise the power of such laudable program.
