Web3 Developers Are In High Demand. We already know that web3 developers will be pivotal to the advent of web3 as the new paradigm of the internet – that's why they are in high demand by hiring managers worldwide and command high salaries across the board. See, in web3, developers don't build and deploy apps that run on one central server nor store data on a single, central database. They are often hosted and managed by a single cloud provider. Instead, web3 developers build and deploy apps on blockchain networks or a decentralized network involving a variety of peer-to-peer nodes – or a combination of the two, referred to as decentralized applications or dapps.

It is great to see the current state of the back-end development tools and programming languages. When I started back in 2015 as backend developer with Java, that time Spring Framework was rising. In just 2 years of frame I have seen the complete toolkit to make a complete backend API frameworks right from the REST to websocket and data-access-object supports. After that I switched to nestjs and expressjs with similar usecases of MVC approach. What changes in domain is over the years is their toolkit. Nowadays every backend programming language has its own most popular framework which has all the answers to develop the API right from dev environment to production environment. There are so many CLI tools available for each use cases.

Full-stack development is a versatile and valuable web development specialization, as it allows developers to handle all aspects of web development from start to finish. Full-stack developers are highly sought-after and can earn an average salary of $113,462 per year in the US, according to ZipRecruiter.
