Focus on execution, read some books for background and perspective and focus on 2 things until you break $1M: 1. Selling - you have to learn to sell before anything else matters. You can’t outsource the first $250k in sales. 2. Systems - learn to document business processes and thing in system to maintain quality as you delegate. Think repeatable and scalable.
