The course seems to promote, although in a sotto voce fashion, writing tailored resumes for specific target jobs and even job descriptions, particularly in sections 8 and 9. Can't this lead to problematic results? We don't want a recruiter to see our current resume on a job board focused differently then the one they've received in hand.
I agree with Ms. Gordon the functional model is a brilliant concept for the circumstances she has stated, however, how will they be parsed by automated chronological resume readers online? Hopefully not as a series of jumbled data fields.
